Founder, eTaylor Strategic
Erica Taylor is an award-winning communications professional with more than 15 years of professional experience and a strong agency background. She has been a strategic communications consultant since 2011. A natural leader, Erica is skilled at managing projects and teams. She is a self-starter who can jump into projects and work independently with little guidance. At the same time, she also thrives in a team environment and enjoys working with and learning from those around her.
Prior to becoming a consultant, Erica worked at Ogilvy Public Relations in Washington, D.C. At Ogilvy, she helped develop, plan, and manage awareness and education programs for federal agencies and nonprofits. Her work was honored via the PRNews Nonprofit PR Awards in the categories of Media Relations and Press Releases. She continues working with Ogilvy on a freelance basis.
Erica earned a master's degree in mass communication with an emphasis in public relations at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She received her undergraduate degree in communication studies at Vanderbilt University.
