Webinar Series Development

Project: For a national non-profit client, eTaylor Strategic helped develop and execute a three-year, provider-focused webinar series from scratch.
Goal: Educate providers on relevant and recent issues in diabetes care.
Role: eTaylor Strategic worked collaboratively with the organization’s staff and professional members to identify topics, recruit speakers, and manage all aspects of webinar planning and implementation.
Results: During its three-year run, the monthly webinar series featured more than 100 expert panelists and drew an audience of nearly 7,500 healthcare professionals.
Reaching Older Adults through Storytelling

Project: For a federal government client, eTaylor Strategic helped formulate an approach for engaging older adults on a difficult subject matter: brain health.
Goal: Find a creative way to reach older adults in two key markets with messaging about what is and isn’t normal with the brain as people age.
Role: Working collaboratively with a large agency, eTaylor Strategic developed a storytelling series that held special events in each key market.
Results: The events were a success, drawing more than 200 attendees, engaging 25 local partners to expand the message, and finding a disarming way to broach a difficult subject.
Maternity Leave Support

Project: For a national trade association, eTaylor Strategic stepped in when its Director of National Health Campaigns went out on maternity leave.
Goal: Provide leadership during the director’s absence and ensure that the organization’s activities and priorities continued as normal during her leave.
Role: eTaylor Strategic held an in-person transition meeting prior to the director’s leave, got up to speed on the main priorities of the coming months, and then managed the budget and the three-person team remotely in the director’s absence.
Results: Based on feedback from the team following the director’s return, the transition was smooth and the goals of the interim role were met.
Data-Driven Educational Materials

Project: For a federal government client, eTaylor Strategic helped develop a full suite of consumer and professional materials.
Goal: Develop materials to help educate the public and key stakeholders about various types of violence in the United States.
Role: eTaylor Strategic worked with organization staff—including data and policy colleagues—to conceptualize, draft, and oversee the design and production of all materials.
Results: The final collection of materials included 10 national and state-level fact sheets, three legislative policy briefs, media Q&A, and an infographic that provided a data-driven perspective on violence as well as the client’s work around violence prevention.
